Recaptured by the Tunisian referee of Argentina-England at the 1986 World Cup, the ball with which Diego Maradona had scored with the hand was sold $3,355,000 (approximately €2.8 million) on Saturday night in the United States. At the same sale, the bathrobe of legendary boxer Muhammad Ali, worn on the occasion of his victory over Joe Frazier in 1975, was sold $549,000 (approximately €470,000).
