According to Trenkwalder's analysis of nearly 5,000 wage data, the average gross hourly wage of skilled and trained workers performing manual labor increased by 5.9 percent in January of this year compared to December 2025. 21 percent of manual workers received a wage increase of over 10 percent, while 36 percent of them saw their wages remain unchanged compared to the previous month.
