Mangalore University's delay in issuance of marks cards jeopardises students' career prospects

Lokesh (name changed), a science graduate from Mangalore University (MU), and resident of Karkala, has been pushed into a corner, thanks to MU delaying the issuance of sixth-semester exam marks cards. Without this, he is unable to apply for any postgraduate (PG) courses in private universities, both in India and abroad.
