DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) -- A second man wanted in connection with the murder of a Warren father has been arrested following a standoff in Dayton that lasted several hours. Police ordered residents to shelter in place while they were on scene in the 3600 block of Delphos Avenue in Dayton on Monday.
