COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho - A North Idaho man charged with lewd conduct with a minor was brought back to Latah County from Eastern Europe on Monday, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS).

According to the U.S. Marshals Service, Rody L. Wilcox from Georgia was charged with lewd conduct with a minor under 16 years of age.

COEUR D’ALENE – A team of Deputy U.S. Marshals has extradited a wanted fugitive back to Latah County from Georgia, a country at the intersection of Europe and Asia. 50-year-old Rody L.
