First Blue Badge abuser prosecuted since crackdown launched

A driver using his dead mother’s Blue Badge has been prosecuted as part of a Salford crackdown on abuse of the disabled parking system. Omer Ali Kahn, of Deerhurst Drive, Manchester, used his deceased mother’s Blue Badge to park on George Street North, Salford, last November.
