Man threatens utilities worker with hatchet
A Fremont man was arrested Thursday after threatening a Fremont Department of Utilities employee with a hatchet. A police officer was assisting the employee at a residence in the area of 1800 North Logan Street. While on the scene, a man identified as Lukas Severin began threatening the employee with the weapon. Severin was booked for terroristic threats and use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony. The employee was not injured in the incident
