Man Taken into Custody After Fleeing Traffic Stop in Sterling County

STERLING CITY, TX — A man wanted for fleeing and eluding was taken into custody Saturday after running from a traffic stop in Sterling County, the Sterling County Sheriff’s Office reported. The subject, described as a black male wearing pink pants and a brown and pink sweatshirt, fled a traffic stop and jumped a fence into a pasture about a half-mile south of town on U.S. Highway 87 toward San Angelo, authorities stated.  Learn More Here.
