HAZLETON – State troopers are still seeking a man they say used customer credit/debit cards at Jumbo China Buffet a decade ago to buy pre-paid credit cards. Xu Jian Hua, 60, of Brooklyn, New York, has been wanted since April 2014 on felony forgery and theft charges. According to State Police at Hazleton, the thefts occurred in December 2013.
