LINCOLN COUNTY, S.D. (KELO) -- A Worthing, South Dakota man is now behind bars. A judge sentenced 45-year-old James Miles to five years in prison for vehicular homicide. Multiple people hurt in I-90 head-on collision Last April, Miles was driving drunk, near the town of Lennox, when he crossed the center line and crashed into a pickup. 66-year-old Bruce Hartman died of his injuries.
