Man robbed at knife point on Des Plaines

On May 25 at 9 p.m., police were dispatched to the 300 block of Des Plaines for a delayed armed robbery. At the scene, a man told police he was walking in the 7200 block of Washington when he was approached by two men with box cutter knives. They demanded his belongings and held a knife to his chest, so the man gave them his cell phone and bag before the two fled.
