LISBON, Ohio (WKBN) -- A Dover man entered a plea deal in his case Thursday following his arrest as part of an undercover sex sting. Scottie White Jr., 42, pleaded no contest and was found guilty of engaging in prostitution, possessing criminal tools and illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, all misdemeanors.
