Oulu police have released new information about an incident that occurred in Kajaani over the weekend. Police say they sprayed and beat a man in his thirties in Kajaani because he kicked and punched police officers. The incident took place in Variskangaa, Kajaani, on Sunday afternoon at around 12:36 p.m. When the patrol was arresting the suspect, the man, born in 1993, unexpectedly kicked one police officer and punched another several times.
