Man pleads to charges in pit bull bitten to death by other dogs

An Upper Darby man was sentenced to two years of probation Monday after pleading guilty to one count of cruelty to animals as a second-degree misdemeanor after 11 of his dogs bit a pit bull mix named Cinderella to death in June. Brian Sealey, 50, of the 500 block of Littlecroft Road, was also ordered to surrender another dog, “Renee,” and pay $1,250 to the Pennsylvania SPCA.
