Man indicted on arson, strangulation charges
WARREN — Jeremy A. Elswick, 53, of Highland Court SW, was indicted Tuesday on charges of aggravated arson, strangulation and misdemeanor domestic violence in an Aug. 7 incident at his home in which he is accused of choking his wife and throwing a flaming towel on the floor. If Elswick were to be convicted of aggravated arson, he could get about 10 years in prison. He has been held in the Trumbull County jail without bond since the incident. A ci…
