At around 8:50 a.m. on the 2nd in Ie Village, Okinawa Prefecture, a man was electrocuted by a sagging power line. According to the police, the man was transported to a hospital on Okinawa Island in an unconscious state. The power line was sagging due to the effects of Typhoon No. 6, and it is believed the man was doing some kind of work at the time.
