CASPER, Wyo. — A Casper man will start probation after spending most of the year in jail for a domestic violence incident in February that prompted a major response from law enforcement, fire and medical personnel.  Dylan Short, 28, was sentenced Tuesday to four to five years suspended with three years of supervised probation.
