Man found guilty of Windom murder receives 12.5-year prison sentence

WINDOM — No Name Given Happy, 26, of San Diego was sentenced Friday in Cottonwood County Fifth District Court to 180 months — or 12.5 years — for the New Year's Eve murder of Benjamin Matter at a Windom bar. Happy was also sentenced to 18 months on the charge of terroristic threats.
