A 29-year-old man who was found dead in a Lancaster parking lot was identified Monday. Homicide investigators responded to the 3600 block of East Avenue H-4 shortly after 4:45 p.m. Friday to reports of an unresponsive man, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.
