Bond set at $100K for city woman accused of kidnapping

WARREN — Bond was set at $100,000 by a Warren Municipal Court Judge for a Warren woman charged with kidnapping after allegedly forcing a man into a truck. Christine Mazanec, 37, of Martin Street NW, appeared before Judge Patty Knepp on Tuesday and pleaded not guilty to a second-degree felony charge of kidnapping. A no-contact order was issued.
