A pedestrian was fatally hit around 8:53 a.m. on Saturday night in the Sabana Aeneas neighborhood of San Germán. The victim was identified as Nelson González Nazario, 71 years old. It was learned that the driver involved did not stop at the scene. Agent Jesús Alers of the CIC of Mayagüez who continued the investigation, the agent Medina of Technical Services joined the prosecutor Yanitza Negrón of the Attorney General's Office of Mayagüez.
