At around 4:20 pm on the 16th, a male employee (52) was found collapsed on his back on the premises of a recycling company in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture, and was confirmed dead at the hospital where he was taken. According to Itami Police Station, the company president who discovered him called 119 but was unable to get through, so the request for transportation was delayed by about 15 minutes.
