A 58-year-old man died in a water accident at around 5:30 p.m. this Sunday at Pozuelo Beach in Guayama. According to information provided by the police, the subject, identified as Elliot Maldonado Navarro, was haggling with another in his water engine, lost control, got expelled and hit his head.
