According to the fire department, at around 2 p.m. on the 15th, they received a report that a male worker in his 60s had accidentally fallen into a water reservoir on the roof of a building under construction in Iwaizawa, Oguni Town, and was drowning. The man was inspecting for a water leak at the time and was found with one arm sucked into a sewage pipe on the roof. He was later confirmed dead.
