EVERETT - A 25-year-old man was arrested for climbing on the Interurban Trail pedestrian bridge, briefly shutting down vehicle traffic on the lanes of I-5 below, before deputies took the suspect into custody during the morning commute just north of 128th Street SW in south Everett.
