Man charged with using dead woman’s bank account

An Alamogordo man is wanted on a nationwide warrant charging him with four fraud counts after allegedly depositing counterfeit checks from a bank account belonging to a woman who died in 2020. Police say Edward MacIntyre deposited four checks totaling $2,330, withdrew funds, and claimed he received them for supplies from a man tied to a side job.
