Man charged with theft of mail from over 30 addresses

Waco, Tx (FOX 44) - An officer checking on a man walking out in the street ended up recovering 133 pieces of mail believed stolen from 33 different addresses. A man identified as 34-year-old Johnny Colon remained in the McLennan County Jail Tuesday on multiple charges.
