NEW PHILADELPHLIA – A pair of habitual drunk driving offenders from New Philadelphia were recently charged again. The State Highway Patrol says 33-year-old Michael W. Kerhin of New Philadelphia was arrested on August 13th in Goshen Township for OVI and other charges after flipping the 2012 Chrysler 200 sedan he was driving on US 250.
