A Tennessee man was charged with not complying with the sex offender registry Thursday morning. Christian County Sheriff’s deputies say they arrested 60-year-old Duncan Orr of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, on a warrant taken out by Kentucky State Police, charging him with failure to comply with the sex offender registration.
