SCOTTSVILLE, Ky. – A man that resides in a local Mennonite community is accused of raping a juvenile. According to the Allen County Sheriff’s Office, a local Mennonite community contacted them to report an allegation against an adult male member of the community having sexual intercourse with a juvenile member.
