Man charged with fleeing police on e-bike

An Eden Prairie man has been charged after a criminal complaint says he fled from police on an e-bike. Kahlil Raekwon Nakee Johnson, 30, was charged July 7 with fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, a felony. According to the criminal complaint, Eden Prairie police officers were conducting surveillance on Johnson’s residence on July 5 when they saw him leave the residence at approximately 7:50 p.m. and get on an e-bike.
