Police have charged a Keilor Downs man after locating what is alleged to be a traffickable quantity of methylamphetamine worth $3 million in Stawell. Police intercepted a Honda HRV on Horsham Road about 2.20am on February 11. They conducted a search of the car and located two phones, cash, and what is alleged to be methylamphetamine.
