FORT PAYNE, Ala. (WHNT) — A man was charged with spying under a mobile home in Fort Payne on Sunday. The Fort Payne Police Department said 40-year-old Anibal Eleodoro Diaz Domingo, of Fort Payne, was arrested and charged with DUI, second-degree burglary and aggravated criminal surveillance.
