- After being allowed to use the employee restroom while in custody, Hartman placed the firework into a toilet, causing an explosion that caused minor injuries to the employee inside.
- The Bomb Squad and K-9 Unit thoroughly searched both the casino and Hartman’s vehicle, finding no additional explosives, and authorities indicated that the public is not currently at risk.
- Hartman is charged with multiple offenses including two counts of arson, reckless endangerment, theft, and risking a catastrophe; his initial court appearance is set for June 17.
