A MAN has been banned from the roads after being caught driving under the influence of drugs.

Man jailed after cannabis found in vehicle stopped on M4

Nam Ngoc, of no fixed abode, was arrested after officers received a report of suspicious packages being loaded into a vehicle. The car was later spotted travelling westbound on the M4 and was intercepted in Swansea, where Ngoc was taken into custody. A search of the vehicle uncovered a significant quantity of cannabis, along with two mobile phones and nearly £400 in cash. Ngoc initially denied the charge but changed his plea to guilty in July. S…
