A man with a record for being armed was taken into custody after he barricaded himself in a stolen vehicle Friday afternoon, Union City police said. A 26-year-old Milpitas man held police at bay for more than two hours before he was arrested with the help of a police dog in the 1000 block of E Street, police said.
