Manchester Police Chief Ben Davis says they placed another alleged internet predator into custody on Saturday. Police say 59-year old Donald Ray Linkous of Anamosa traveled to meet an undercover officer for sexual acts. The undercover officer was portraying a 15-year old, and Linkous sent nude photographs and videos to the undercover officer.
