One man has been charged in connection to a fatal hit and run in Darlington County. Charles Polson Jr. was riding his bicycle west on the shoulder of East McIver Road when he was struck by a vehicle heading the same way. The suspected driver fled the scene in which Polson was pronounced deceased.
