A Bergen County man was arrested Tuesday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a child multiple times and providing them with alcohol, investigators announced Thursday.Alfredo F. Ingasicha, 38, of Hackensack, was charged with two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child and three counts of fourth-degree sexual assault by contact, according to a statement from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office.
