Man arrested for possession on school property in Randolph County

MILL CREEK, W.Va. (WBOY) — A man was arrested on Friday after he was noticed loitering on school property. According to a press release from the Randolph County Sheriff's Office, law enforcement received a call from Tygarts Valley High School describing a "suspicious male, wearing a cut off t-shirt with green pants and a hat" on the property which they wanted removed.
