Husband charged with murder in killing of Winsted woman

Police have arrested the husband of a Winsted woman who was found dead in a home on Monday. Leon Stetson, 67, is charged with murder, home invasion, and violation of a protective order. Officers responded to the home on Oak Street around 9:45 p.m. on Monday and found Carrie Stetson dead inside. Leon Stetson was also found with serious injuries.
