CONWAY, S.C. (WBTW) -- Conway police have charged a man with murder following a Friday night shooting at Rascal's Bar and Grill, authorities said. Irving Oswaldo Centeno Gonzalez was taken into custody Sunday. Conway police are investigating a Friday night shooting at a Conway bar that resulted in a victim being transported to a hospital. According to an incident alert posted on the Conway Police Department Facebook page, officers responded at about 10 p.m. to a report of shots fired at 1221 16th Ave., the address for Rascal’s Bar and Grill.
