Man Arrested for Allegedly Robbing Ramona Resident Taking Out Trash

RAMONA, CALIFORNIA, JUL 7 – Ruben Jimenez Jr., 40, was arrested after robbing a Ramona resident with a metal pole and fleeing before being caught near a Bank of America, police said.
