Man arrested after Raleigh chase; woman he hit arrested on warrant

MEMPHIS, Tenn. -- A man and a woman are in jail after the Tennessee Highway Patrol says the man led them on a wild chase and crash in Raleigh this weekend. The man who authorities say ran from them was initially identified as a woman by troopers and witnesses.
