- During a secondary inspection, officers discovered three cardboard boxes containing 60 vacuum-sealed packages that tested positive for cannabis, valued at approximately $230,000.
- Nunn maintained that the truck was empty, but the discovery of several boxes disproved his statement. Area Port Director Gaetano Cordone praised the CBP personnel for their professionalism and commitment to protecting the community from illegal substances.
- Nunn was apprehended, processed, and transferred to Buffalo police, where he now faces serious felony accusations related to the possession of cannabis.
