Man accused of strangling two women and then jumping shirtless from a second-floor window

CLEVELAND HEIGHTS, Ohio -- What began as a report of a woman being strangled by a man developed more layers for responding officers that came to include a shirtless man jumping out of a home’s second-floor window, and the discovery of a second female victim who was told by the man that she was about to die.
