A Lauderdale County grand jury on Thursday indicted a Kentucky man on second-degree rape and other charges after he allegedly pretended to be a 15-year-old girl’s father to get her out of school before having sex with her, court records showed.Justin Edward Stephens, 43, of Lowmansville, Kentucky, was indicted on charges of traveling to meet a child for an unlawful sex act, second-degree rape and enticement of a child for immoral purposes.
