EAST GREENWICH, R.I. (WPRI) — East Greenwich police have arrested a Massachusetts man believed to be responsible for a bank robbery in Mystic, Connecticut. Wilfredo Alarcon, 57, was taken into custody Wednesday and charged as a fugitive from justice. Court records indicate he was ordered held without bail Thursday.
