BINGHAMTON, N.Y. (WIVT/WBGH) - A Binghamton man is facing two counts of attempted murder after allegedly shooting his ex-girlfriend and the man she was with. Binghamton Police were called to 1 Hayden Street on the city's Westside on September 12th at around 6:10 a.m. for a report of shots fired.
