A fierce fire on Friday evening was the climax in a long period of nuisance. For the neighborhood, one thing is certain: "As far as I'm concerned, the neighbors are not allowed to come back here."
A large fire broke out Friday afternoon at the former Tweety snack bar on Broerdijk in Nijmegen. Multiple fire vehicles are on the scene, and a trauma helicopter also landed near an adjacent football field. Two people are reported to have been injured. One of them has been taken to the hospital.
